Which designer bag is better?

My boyfriend is buying me a designer bag of my choice for a two-year anniversary gift.

I was debating between a Coach Heritage Stripe Tote, Coach OP Art Sabrina Satchel or a Dooney and Bourke IT bag and matching wallet.

Which do you think is better to get in the long run? Which would be the best for outfits and such?
