Is it acceptable to take a large black handbag to a job interview?
I have to travel down to London the night before, and while I can pack extremely lightly, I think I still would have to take my large, black handbag with me to carry my belongings.
It's not very flashy, but I am panicked about the size as the interview is with a large educational organisation so I don't want to seem inappropriate.
My smallest piece of luggage is technically a carry-on, but it honestly shouldn't be allowed so I feel they would be horrified because I can honestly fit a week's wardrobe in it.
It is you being interviewed not the handbag.
