how do i get this off of my bag? help much appreciated!?

I had a crayon in my purse and it ended up getting on my coach wallet. Its basically a signiture coach fabric wristlet (with the c's on it) and it's light brown. Is there anything I can try using without going to buy the signature fabric cleaner? If I try a bit of water on a soft cloth, will I damage my wallet? I need tips! Thanks in advance and the crayon is green if that helps at all haha.
